It's cost is $999 per month. It's not cheap but it is well worth it. Outsource your small business e-mail to us and never worry about it again. This price includes two dedicated servers (one for sending and one for receiving, so that activity on one does not affect the other), each has 100 MB full duplex premium bandwidth unmetered internet, and approximately 400 gig of usable storage space for e-mail. All of it with the same features, flexibility, and security of Cotse.Net. Your dedicated setup will offer imap/imaps/pop/pop3s/smtp/smtps (or your choice of those) along with webmail.
This is a fully managed private secure turnkey e-mail setup...feature for feature your own private Cotse.Net E-Mail setup. The only limits are those of hardware. Sent and received mail volumes are not metered. Attachment sizes are not limited. You may add as many users as the hardware and resources will support. Spamming is absolutely NOT tolerated and will cost you a rapid loss of service if attempted, our normal policies apply.
Dedicated e-mail servers are a custom order and because of this there is a one time non-refundable setup charge of $250 ($125 per server).
You may also purchase just sending server (also fully managed) on unmetered 100 MB for $499 per month with a $125 setup fee and leave your current incoming mail server as is. SMTP masks IP behind your domain, idea for virtual office where you don't want customers to see emplyees home IP addresses.

$1249 covers first month payment of $999 and $250 setup fee. If payment is overnighted, please notify helpdesk to expect it. Please include a list of users and domains you wish configured in the following form:
username1:password:masteremailaddress:alias1,alias2,alias3

1) alias typically in form of alias@domain.com (ex. support@domain.com)
2) @domain.com is valid alias for catchall
3) catchall catches everything not listed as another's alias in this domain
4) Password is only temporary, user will change it first login.
5) masteremailaddress is the e-mail address general account notices and such are delivered to.
6) username must be unique.
Please also select a DNS name for each mail server (ie. mail.domain.com and smtp.domain.com). Please allow up to 72 hour setup time following receipt of payment, usually faster.
We apologize for the first month's payment restrictions. They are because the scammers and spammers keep attempting to use stolen credit card numbers and phished paypal accounts in hopes of getting us to set them up so they can spam until getting caught. Because of these people we cannot accept credit cards or paypal for the first payment. Following months may be paid by credit card or paypal, just not the first, that can be made only by corporate check or money order accompanied by business letterhead and contact information.
